Danielle Beasley

Founder & President

I'm a dedicated Program Coordinator at Brigham and Women's Hospital, with a strong background in healthcare administration. Beyond my professional role, I proudly wear multiple hats. I serve as secretary for the non-profit organization, PCCO and as an independent birth doula, Labor for Love Doula Services. I have a passion for nurturing that has led me on this new journey of starting my own non-profit, Daughter's of Yahweh Community Outreach.

Daughters of Yahweh Community Outreach (DYCO) was founded on the belief that when families are supported, communities grow stronger. While welcoming a new child is a beautiful and meaningful milestone, it can also be overwhelming—especially for families navigating financial hardship or limited support systems.

What began as a commitment to uplift expecting parents through Community Baby Shower events has grown into a broader mission to support families with their everyday needs. Today, DYCO provides essential resources, practical assistance, and community-based support to families in Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, Jamaica Plain, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Through programs such as Community Baby Showers, basic needs and essentials support, and seasonal outreach initiatives, DYCO works to reduce barriers, restore dignity, and promote stability for parents and caregivers. By fostering a culture of kindness, shared responsibility, and inclusion, we strive to ensure that families feel seen, supported, and empowered to build confident, healthy futures for themselves and their children.
