*Disclaimer:* By entering any DYCO event, you are giving your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry and presence at the event constitute your consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice, and name for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purpose. You understand that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by entering this event. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
DYCO Liability
Disclaimer: ​By accessing and using our services, including making a donation or receiving assistance from our nonprofit organization Daughters of Yahweh Community Outreach, you agree to the terms outlined in this Liability Policy. This policy serves to limit our liability to the fullest extent permissible by law.
1. Donations
1.1. No Refunds: Once a donation has been accepted by Daughters of Yahweh Community Outreach, it is considered final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with how the funds are used or changes in the donor's financial situation.
1.2. Tax Implications: Donors are responsible for understanding the tax implications of their contributions. Daughters of Yahweh Community Outreach does not provide tax advice and is not liable for any tax-related issues that may arise from a donation.
2. Requests for Assistance
2.1. Fulfillment of Requests: Once Daughters of Yahweh Community Outreach has fulfilled a request for assistance, whether through monetary aid, goods, services, or any other form of support, we are not responsible for any subsequent outcomes or issues arising from the fulfillment of that request.
2.2. Use of Assistance: Recipients of assistance from Daughters of Yahweh are solely responsible for the proper use of the aid provided. We are not liable for any misuse, damage, injury, or loss that may result from the use of the assistance provided.
3. General Limitation of Liability
3.1. No Warranties: Daughters of Yahweh Community Outreach makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, reliability, or effectiveness of the donations received or the assistance provided.
3.2. Indemnification: By accepting donations or assistance, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daughters of Yahweh Community Outreach, its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use or misuse of our services.
3.3. Third-Party Links and Services: Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Daughters of Yahweh Community Outreach is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
4. Amendments
Daughters of Yahweh Community Outreach reserves the right to amend this Liability Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
5. Governing Law
This Liability Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Boston, Massachusetts. Any disputes arising under or related to this policy shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Boston, Massachusetts.
By making a donation to or receiving assistance from Daughters of Yahweh Community Outreach, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Liability Policy.
