Group Of Students

DYCO partners with local banks and community organizations to provide workshops that help youth and teens build important life skills for the future.

A core part of this program focuses on financial literacy, where participants learn practical skills such as budgeting, saving, responsible banking, and how to build healthy financial habits. These workshops help young people understand how to manage money and make informed financial decisions as they enter adulthood.

In addition to financial education, the program also offers occasional life skills workshops that focus on topics such as goal setting, career exploration, leadership, communication, and personal development. These sessions help youth build confidence, prepare for future opportunities, and develop skills that support long-term success.
